As a company our aim is to serve you better and offer maximum satisfaction once you decide to order our products online. Incase a situation arises where the product is defective or different from what you ordered we are happy to return/exchange.
All products purchased from www.deedecors.com can be exchanged/refunded within 1-week (7 days) only if:
* The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
* The item(s) is different from what was ordered.
In case an item is found to be faulty or damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing and providing photographic evidence of the defective item at email@example.com or calling at our contact numbers below, where our contact centers will be requesting you to do the above before any claims can be processed.
You will be requested to ship the defective product back to DeeDecors within 7 days of delivery. Upon receipt, DeeDecors shall issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the invoice. Incase the product is unavailable we will be happy to offer you a refund or you may choose another item from our online store in the similar price range. Please note that replacement will be shipped free of charge.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
* Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
* Product is damaged because of use.
* Product has been tampered.
* Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels and original packing.
DeeDecors offers a “refund” only if:
* The item(s) does not match the original product ordered and the replacement is unavailable.
* The transaction does not verify the security checks.
